Several folks have asked if I had any love songs in my songbooks. I prefer to collect and write humorous or bawdy songs. But there was a time in the late 70's and early 80's that I wrote quite a few. I went digging in my archives and found this one from 1980. Looking at them 20 years later made me wince a little, but this one I still like. As serious works go, I consider this about the best that I've ever done. And it contains no mundane references, so will fit around a campfire.
